Job Title: Expert Contract Manager
Location: Oakland, CA (Hybrid)

Overview:We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to lead vendor and contract governance for key System Integration (SI) consulting partners supporting large-scale enterprise programs. This role is focused on post-award vendor management and contract oversight, not strategic sourcing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage supplier relationships and oversee performance of SI consulting partners
- Govern complex contracts (MSA, SOW/CWA), ensuring alignment, compliance, and risk mitigation
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and deliverables; lead QBRs and vendor scorecards
- Support contract lifecycle activities including renewals, extensions, and change orders
- Review CWAs against MSAs to identify conflicts and ensure contractual adherence
- Lead issue resolution, escalations, and enforce contract terms (T&Cs)
- Partner with program leadership and IT/Indirect sourcing teams to support delivery
- Develop reporting and present performance insights with recommendations to leadership
Requirements:
- Strong experience in vendor/contract management for large, complex engagements (milestone-based, T&M)
- Proven expertise managing System Integrators/consulting firms (e.g., Big 4 or similar)
- Deep understanding of contract structures (MSA, SOW, CWA), SLAs, and KPI management
- Experience supporting large-scale system or process implementation programs
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
