We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented supply chain professional to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. In this role, you will help ensure the efficient flow of materials, products, and information across planning, procurement, inventory, logistics, and fulfillment functions. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, collaborative leadership, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support business goals, service levels, and cost objectives.
- Oversee procurement, inventory planning, demand forecasting, and order fulfillment activities.
- Monitor supply chain performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance reliability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Analyze data to support decision-making related to inventory levels, lead times, and replenishment planning.
- Collaborate with operations, sales, finance, and customer service teams to align supply and demand.
- Manage risks related to supply disruptions, quality issues, and transportation delays.
- Support process improvements, systems enhancements, and standard operating procedures.
- Prepare reports and present key metrics, trends, and recommendations to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, logistics, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Several years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, planning, or operations management.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory management, and forecasting practices.
- Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across functions.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and supporting negotiations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
