Launch and Moments Marketing Programs Specialist

We’re seeking a highly organized and driven Launch and Moments Marketing Programs Specialist to help shape SAP’s marketing future. In this role, you’ll support the development of integrated highest priority product launch strategies, digital playbooks, and marketing programs that drive engagement and growth across key product launches. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, apply a data-driven and innovative mindset, and manage projects that connect marketing strategy to execution. Main areas of responsibility

  • • Support the planning and execution of global product launches with cross-functional and regional teams.
  • • Deliver integrated, data-driven marketing campaigns that connect event, digital, and post-launch experiences.
  • • Work with data and analytics teams to develop dashboards that enable us to develop insights and measure performance and improve marketing impact.
  • • Manage projects and timelines, ensuring milestones and deliverables stay on track.
  • • Help build and refine GTM playbooks, frameworks, and reporting dashboards.
  • • Support content, audience segmentation, and marketing automation to enhance targeting and personalization.
  • • Orchestrates and supports execution of our launch program strategy with cross-functional teams, to ensure channel teams, content teams, and functional experts can build aligned plans to achieve launch objectives
  • • Implements the LMM planning, and road mapping of integrated multi-channel launch campaigns
  • • Identify critical dependencies and inputs required from CMO, Digital, Field Marketing, and Sales to enable the launch program strategy and execution
  • • Coordinates integrated launch experiences [subway map journey] for optimized CX cohesion across channels, event platforms [drives connections strategy]
  • • Drives standardization through process, blueprints and launch playbooks across SAP and launch workstreams
  • • Partners with content strategy, digital, product marketing, sales, partner, creative teams to create compelling messaging & content that highlights product features & benefits aligned to audience needs
  • • Supports and builds sustainable launch operations & processes, and manages relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders to enhance launch experiences
  • • Monitors and reports on launch campaign performance
  • • Analyze and drive inclusion of market trends and consumer insights to inform launch campaign strategies and optimize performance for maximum impact [launch specific KPIs]
  • • Support the LMM Lead on Event Operations to ensure coordinated logistics for approved launch experiences
  • • Support the LMM Lead on business reviews to report on launch performance and impact against marketing metrics and required optimizations to achieve business targets
  • • Support LMM Lead in the development of recommendations and raising key decision points for Global Marketing and CMO leadership teams to align on plans for launch
  • • Support LMM Lead in ROB, integrated planning in alignment with our IM Programs, campaigns and program families.

Qualifications

  • • 8 years + of marketing experience, ideally in digital or integrated marketing; events; project management experience a strong plus
  • • Experienced in working with product marketing teams
  • • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent practical experience.
  • • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
  • • Collaborative self-aware team player with the ability to build and strengthen cross-functional partnerships across internal and external teams.
  • • Comfortable using data and analytics to inform decisions, measure impact, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • • Comfortable presenting at a senior level sharing insight
  • • Experience with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Tableau) preferred. Knowledge of Data/Analytics tools and visualisation experience for presentation
  • • Analytics experience, including campaign measurement and optimization.

Nice to Have:

  • • Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing.
  • • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • • Knowledge of audience segmentation, customer journeys, and contact management
  • • Interest in testing and experimenting with AI and automation tools to improve marketing performance and efficiency with examples of work
