To accelerate this effort, we are seeking an experienced external consultant to design and deliver a scalable, reusable technical product marketing toolkit. This toolkit will equip our team with structured templates, messaging frameworks, and repeatable assets that can be applied consistently across solution areas and use cases.
This is not a content production role. It is a systems-building, enablement-driven engagement focused on establishing a durable foundation for technical product marketing excellence.

• Align product marketing outputs to real-world data architecture challenges
• Scale best practices across a growing team
Scope of WorkThe consultant will:

Develop a Reusable Template Kit: Deliver editable, structured templates including:
Technical solution narrative templates
Architecture storytelling templates (reference architecture slide structure, capability mapping, etc.)
Data practitioner persona playbooks
Use-case value articulation templates
Competitive differentiation frameworks
Field-ready “explain it simply” translation guides
Technical blog / whitepaper scaffolding
Demo storyline framework
Technical launch narrative framework
Validate Governance & Quality Standards
Tone and voice guidance for technical audiences
Standards for architectural diagrams and capability mapping
Guidance for balancing technical depth and business value

Provide examples applied to 1–2 real BDC focus areas
Ensure templates are intuitive and scalable
Ideal BackgroundWe are looking for someone who:
Has built technical product marketing systems for enterprise B2B software companies
• Deeply understands modern data architectures (lakehouse, semantic layer, decoupled compute/storage, AI-ready platforms, etc.)
• Has experience marketing to data engineers, architects, and analytics leaders
• Has worked with platforms such as SAP, Snowflake, Databricks, or hyperscaler ecosystems
• Thinks in structured frameworks and operating models
• Can balance technical rigor with narrative clarity
• Has previously built reusable enablement toolkits (not just one-off assets)
Bonus:
• Familiarity with SAP ecosystem
• Experience inside large enterprise organizations
Deliverables: By the end of the engagement, we expect:
o A complete technical product marketing toolkit (templates + guidance)
o Applied examples in at least one SAP Business Data Cloud domain
o A clear operating model for how the team should use the toolkit
o Workshop sessions delivered to onboard the team
What Success Looks Like
Team members can independently create high-quality, practitioner-focused content using standardized templates
Messaging across focus areas feels cohesive and structured
Technical narratives clearly articulate architectural differentiation and value
