Title – Administrative Assistant OR Clerk
Location - WEST SACRAMENTO, CA (HYBRID)
Description:
LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES CURRENTLY RESIDING IN BAY AREA/WEST SACRAMENTO. ASSIGNMENT IS HYBRID WITH TRAVELING TO OTHER SITE IN WEST SACRAMENTO TO ASSIST WITH PROCTORING IN PERSON TESTS.

Successful candidate will support one or more of the following teams:
1) Testing Team:
- Proctor testing at various locations across Client's service
- Manage mailbox and address employee/leader questions or concerns regarding testing.
- Process electronic paperwork related to testing.
- Other tasks as assigned.
2) Hiring Hall Team:
- Assist Hiring Hall Team with all needs related to requisitions for IBEW and ESC Hiring Hall positions.
- Process electronic paperwork related to Hiring Hall dispatches.
- Other tasks as assigned.
3) North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Personnel Risk Assessment (PRA) Team:
- Manage and execute requests for employee or contractor PRAs.
- Process electronic paperwork related to PRAs.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years related experience
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Finance or accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills, teamwork skills, and ability to multi-task
- Experience in a high-volume environment
