Requisition Title:  Senior Project Management Analyst
Location : Oakland, CA /Bay Area (Hybrid, local candidates only)

Description:  

Prefers candidates located to Bay Area/work location. Assignment will be Hybrid, needed once or twice a month at Oakland GO (or other offices) to get up and running/acquainted with project and business need.

Position Summary

This position is responsible for creating and presenting reports and metrics to

support the Customer Ops & Enablement AMI PMO Programs and Projects. Data is retrieved from SAP, CC&B and various ad hoc sources then analyzed to determine what information to present for the intended audience. In this role you will be responsible for supporting partners throughout Customer Care with data requests and analytics projects. You will be instrumental in maintaining data tables and extracting key information and insights to influence programs and decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Generate various Program and Project reports with focus on report automation
  • Create ad hoc reports
  • Manage complex data analysis projects with limited supervision
  • Design data analysis to achieve business objectives, process data, analyze data, write clear and concise data findings and tailor communications to specific audiences
  • Manage complex data extracts and list pulls ensuring data accuracy. Transfer data to partners and ensuring the security of sensitive customer data (PII)
  • Analyzing and presenting data
  • Reporting and Process Improvement (on-going)
  • Assist training Associate Project Management Analyst
  • 7 or more years of experience providing professional reports, scorecards and presentations that support complex Programs and/or Projects
  • 7 or more years of experience retrieving and analyzing data
  • 7 or more years of experience creating Program and/or Project Executive Level Summary Reports
  • 7 or more years of experience working in a matrix environment
  • 7 or more years of experience developing metrics to improve efficiency and quality of Programs and Projects
  • 7 or more years of experience with Microsoft Access, Excel and PowerPoint
  • 7 or more years of experience Financial Accounting Education or equivalent work experience

Desired Qualifications

  • PMP Certification
  • IT Project or IT Program Management Experience
  • BA Business, Project Management, Information Technology or Statistics
  • Experience with SAP
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Visio and Power BI
