Position Summary: The Principal Program Manager will be responsible for executing on client’s mission of safe, reliable, and affordable operations. Position Summary
The S2P Program Manager, Principal will play a pivotal role in CLIENT’s Propel program, leading the implementation of key supply chain initiatives as part of our broader business and technology modernization efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of Source to Pay (STP) processes and solutions including requisition to approval, PO management, CLM (Guided buying, catalogs, services procurement, accounts payable and supporting systems (Ariba, SAP.) The ideal candidate will possess the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve strategic objectives and will be responsible for ensuring alignment with Propel’s goals of standardizing business processes, enhancing data quality, and enabling technological innovation for the future state STP design.
Reporting Relationship
The S2P Program Manager, Principal will report directly to the S2P Business Strategy, Senior Manager.
This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned location based on business needs.
CLIENT’S is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and the middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.
This job is also eligible to participate in CLIENT’S’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.
A reasonable salary range is:
Bay Area Minimum: $140,000
Bay Area Maximum: $238,000
MIDPOINT: $189K
