Location -Oakland, CA (Hybrid)

**Candidates should be open to Travel to Fresno for the project for the Town Halls, welcome days and tours.

Corporate Real Estate Strategy & Services (CRESS) at our client organization conducts various activities such as facility renovations, new construction, land purchase, building acquisition & closures and lease acquisitions & exits, all of which require communication both within the CRESS organization as well as throughout the entire company.

 Client organization RE teams are looking at a new Fresno regional office where they would be renovating an existing site with 2 building and consolidate two other sites into this one place. There will be 1000 people impacted by this move into the new building. This creates a need for support in the areas of communication, web page updates and maintenance, and other related activities

 The successful candidate will be taking on Communications Writer Support role to develop, write and deliver various communications and content for:

  •     Executive leaders' communications
  •     Leader communications to coworkers
  •     Leader talking points
  •     Project updates
  •     Site communications to coworkers
  •     Q&A documents
  •     Townhalls
  •     SharePoint Online content (webpages)
  •     Welcome Guide
  •     Building Guide
  •     Posters and banners
  •     And any additional communications needed to support the change management and communication plan

Job Title: Marketing Communications Campaign Manager
Location: Oakland, CA (HYBRID, 2 times onsite per month)

Description:

Description:

  • This role will be critical to helping PG&E create “10 out of 10” experiences for its customers. The successful candidate will split their time between raising internal and external awareness of PG&E’s Customer Experience strategic initiative, and enhancing PG&E customers’ experience of new billing systems and new customer connections, which we call Continuous Communications Improvement.
  • For the Customer Experience strategic initiative, you'll lead internal employee communications, create programs to raise coworker awareness, and develop external communication support.
  • For Continuous Communications Improvement, you'll focus on enhancing customer experience of billing modernization, and building and energy connection programs.

You'll collaborate with product and program managers, CX, Customer Contact Centers, and external marketing and advertising agencies to implement top-notch customer communications that meet business goals and improve customer experience.

  • 5-7 years experience in a creative marketing role in a corporate environment and/or creative/advertising agency executing multi- channel marketing communications campaigns.
  • Experience using qualitative and quantitative consumer research to drive communications strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects of moderate to complex scope.
  • Excellent communications skills; demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with business leaders/internal clients, agencies and tailor messages appropriate to target audience.
  • Solid judgment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
