Location: Oakland, CA (Hybrid)
Description:

ASSIGNMENT IS HYBRID AND EXPECTED TO BE ON-SITE FOR QUARTLY LEADERSHIP MEETINGS & AD HOC TEAM MEETINGS. TRAVEL FOR MEETINGS 1-2 TIMES PER MONTH MAX TO EITHER DAVIS, STOCKTON OR FRESNO (MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT FOR THESE MTGS OUTSIDE OF OAKLAND GO WITH MGR PRIOR APPROVAL).
TOP THINGS LOOKING FOR:
- Prior Executive/Administrative experience
- Prior PG&E experience is a plus
- Medium to high proficiency with MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, TEAMS, Outlook)
Position Summary

- Presentations, spreadsheets, and reports, as well as solving problems. The
- Position requires a team player who can prioritize and manage multiple tasks and
- Projects to meet deadlines, as well as assist other team members and admin clerks to accomplish organizational goals
Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer written correspondence and daily logs
- Follow all safety and work practices and requirements
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to deal with others

- California Drivers License
